Losing Weight Is Too Hard, Where Can I Find Weight Loss Motivation?

That is a good question, and the very first one that anybody getting ready to go to work on a body transformationshould ask themselves, "What is my weight loss motivation?" It is the number one greatest determining factor of whetheryou will succeed or not in your goal to lose weight and get fit. Nutrition and workout routine are very importantcomponents of weight loss, but mental focus and attitude is 100 times more important than both of them put together.

Losing weight is by far one of the hardest, most mentally, and physically demanding things a person can do. You have to change your complete lifestyle in order to accomplish any noticeable change. Therefore, you MUST change and improve your mindbefore launching into this extraordinary journey of self improvement.

Get out pen and paper (seriously grab a pen and piece of paper now)

Write out each of the below questions and answer them honestly and with emotion, this is for you, nobodyelse has to see this or even know about it, so get serious, we are now in life changing mode.

1. What do you see as the benefits of staying over weight and out of shape?

2. Why do you want to lose weight in the first place?

3. How do you feel about being overweight?

4. How do you think you will fill when you are slim, trim, and healthy?

5. How many lives are affected by your health and well being?

6. Who looks up to you as a roll model? Are you in the shape you would want those looking up to you to be in?

7. Are you frustrated about your extra weight? Why?

8. Are there things that you can't do because of your weight issue?

9. List everything about those extra pounds that makes you feel embarrassed, sad, frustrated, angry, and livid. You need to get as emotional as possible so that you can get ready for an all out attack on those pounds, they are your enemy and they are sitting on your body eating your happy life away. Get M.A.D.Major Attitude Disaster, because this is the only way to bring about lasting change. So list everything that you can't stand about being a little or a lot heavy.

10. List everything you see as a benefit of losing weight and getting fit. What will you be able to do? How willyou feel about yourself? How will others perceive you? ETC.

Now, you should have a pretty darn good idea about why you want to lose weight, if you don't go back and redo the exercise above. We will now turn those ideas and answers into a sheer weight loss motivation powerhouse for you to kick extra fat to the curb. You are going to remind yourself of the answers to those questions every single day, so that you never lose sight of why you are working so hard and can push through the times when you want to throw in the towel.

Here is what you need to do:

- Cut a piece of paper to match the size of a credit card
- On one side write out everything you listed in question 10 on the card in green
- One the other side write out everything that you listed in question 9 in red
- Get the card laminated and place it in your wallet, purse, or whatever you carry with you every day

You will look at this card once in the morning upon waking, once in the evening before going to sleep, once beforeyou workout, and any other time that you need to in order to stay on track. If you constantly remind yourself of thereasons that you are putting the hard work in you will get results at an accelerated rate and will follow through untilthe job is complete.

fat and will stop and nothing until it is gone.

It is simple, but very few people carry through, do what I tell you above, every step with all you have to give, get yourmind right and follow a sound nutrition and workout routine and you will be looking and feeling the best you ever have.
