What is a Knockout Body Boot Camp?

Knockout Body Boot Camps are 30 - minute express rapid fat burning metabolic resistance training workouts for men and women of all fitness levels and ages guaranteed to get you in shape as fast as possible.

What kind of shape do I have to be in to join?

Knockout Body Boot Camp trainers are experts in regressions and progressions of all exercises. Every boot camp session is individualized to each camper in order to just barely exceed their current fitness level to push them one level higher. We have campers as varied as previous college athletes...to campers 100+ pounds overweight...to 60 year old campers getting back their youth and strength.

What do I bring to camp?

- Yoga/Exercise Mat or Large Towel
- Water Bottle
- Hand Towel or Wipe Down Towel
- Bands and/or Dumbbells if you have them

Oh, and please leave the excuses and whining at home ;-)

How long is each boot camp phase?

Knockout Body Boot Camps believes in lifetime fitness and therefore offers boot camps year round. Every quarter we take 1 week off to rest and recuperate in order to hit it even harderthe next quarter. You are welcome to join at any time duringthe year.

Do you have a beginners boot camp and/or different levels?

Yes and no. We have a 3 tiered program. We individualize the workout for every fitness levels. Every workout we do has these three levels:

Level I
30+ lbs ABOVE your ideal weight OR are 10 - 20 lbs Above ideal weight and have NOT worked out consistently in the past 3 months

Level II
10-20 lbs ABOVE ideal weight AND have been working out consistently for the past 3 months OR plus or minus 5 lbs ideal weight and have NOT worked out consistently for the past 3 months

Level III
Within 5 lbs ideal weight and have been working out consistently for the past 3 months

Once you are consistently performing at level III, and your instructor deems you ready, we move you to an advanced separate camp. If you believe you are at this level please let us know and we will gladly test you and move you into that camp if warranted.
