For optimal ski fitness or snowboard fitness you must do more than just hit the slopes, especially if you want to start the season where you left off last year. The stronger you are when you start the season √ The less likely you are to get injured √ The faster you will recover √ The longer you will be able to stay on the slopes without resting and/or feeling fatigue that may lead to injury √ The more confident you will feel riding √ and the more your friends will envy you for how much you are killin' it right out of the gates. Sinew Fitness Center is helping snowboarders and skiers of the Treasure Valley get in top shape to hit the slopes this season with their Ski Fitness Boot Camp Program. Our program will help build your structural foundation and strength to make you not only a better skier or snowboarder, but a better all around athlete. We will make you stronger and more proficient in every skill needed to excel on the mountain. Our Ski and Snowboard Bullet Proof Fitness program includes: - Structural Strength and Balance Assessment
- 3 or 5 Training Sessions per week (depending on membership level)
