REAL Results from REAL Fitness Revolution Boot Campers
"Fitness Revolution Boot camp gave me the great body I wanted for my wedding. I felt healthy, fit, and sexy for my special day. What more can a bride ask for? The camp with Brett is so addicting. Just the way your body feels the rest of the day is amazing. I could actually feel calories being burned throughout the day. The diet plan that goes along with the workouts is also incredible. My new husband and I are still using the recipes. I highly recommend the Knockout body boot camp. It truly is the boot camp that keeps on giving." Thanks so much Brett, Kelly Applin
"Brett, I have to tell you the core classes are doing wonders for me already. It has helped my running tremendously. In the past when I got done with a long run, what hurt was never my legs, it was my core muscles. Anyway, I ran 20 miles on Saturday at a 7:19 pace and I felt so good afterward I went water-skiing!! Thanks"- Ryan Anderson
"I have TRULY enjoyed the last several weeks of your program. I've gotten results -- lost 12 lbs and 2.25", so I'm a true believer...""...and thanks again for prompting me into what I hope will now become a new lifelong habit of exercise and strength conditioning..." - Karin Hart
"...I was at a point where I was shopping for a new pair of pants almost monthly to accommodate my continuing weight gain. It was difficult finding the motivation to get dressed up for work each morning, and I regularly found excuses not to attend weekend get togethers, because I just didn’t feel good about the way I looked, and for me, that ties heavily into my self esteem. I WANTED to make a change, so commitment was my first step!...I just didn’t feel like I could keep up with the others in the class—I was thinking, “Maybe I’m too old…,” thank goodness I hung in there. Long story short, I’ve followed the program, and it works! The menu plan has been a major key...It’s been an easy transition, and I truly don’t feel restricted, I’ve just chosen to replace my nacho binges with handfuls of almonds or cashews, and when eating out, I’ll get a taco salad and skip the tortilla chips or get a turkey sandwich and salad. Don’t let the menu plan scare you—give it a try. You’ll be able to make your own substitutions once you have a general feel of what’s “okay” and what’s not. To date, I’ve lost 15 pounds and at last measuring (about a week and a half ago), six inches. My weight goal was to lose at least 20 pounds, and if I lost 30, I’d be thrilled—I’m well on my way to being thrilled. Actually, I’m there! I wake up ready to exercise and do my best every day. I signed up for a 12-week program, and I want to get all I can out of my short time with Brett. I love the fact that I can now do a full squat, my endurance has dramatically increased during my off-day aerobic workouts, and my 15-year-old incredibly athletic daughter even came to me last weekend and wanted me to show her some of my exercises—unbelievable!..." - Linda Florence
I thought you might like to hear about my recent annual physical exam. My cholesterol count was down 30 points! My HDL was up 4 points which the doctor said was difficult to do, and my Direct LDL Cholesterol was down 37 points. My blood pressure was 112 over 60. I have to attribute a good portion of those excellent results to your exercise program. Thanks a lot!-Lowell Mannering
Regaining My Strength and Flexibility; I consider myself fairly knowledgeable when it comes to physical fitness and I believe most would agree, if for no other reason, than due to my back ground of experiences. I have centered my life around physical fitness; playing football for 14 years, earning a BS in Physical Education from Boise State, joining the US Navy and becoming a Navy SEAL, and working as the Command Fitness Leader for my Navy Reserve Unit. Over the years my hobbies have also centered on physical activity; mountain biking, snowboarding, hiking, and working out at the local gym. I’ve always felt that I have maintained good physical fitness that is until Brett Denton reshaped my fitness life. At the age of 46 I was slowly losing my flexibility, endurance, strength, balance and physical shape using the standard training exercises. When I say standard training exercise I’m talking about what we would typically do when going to a gym or participating in individual sports like mountain biking, hiking, weight lifting, jogging, stretching, cardio machines or yoga. Let’s face it, these activities are relatively easy, for example just get on the machine and go, but when working against a machine you tend to lose your core strength, flexibility, and balance. I recently transferred in from my local Navy Reserve Unit back to the Navy SEALS. At the age of 46 a commitment like isn’t easy and will require me to be in the best physical shape possible. In preparation, I have spent the last 3 months training with Brett. We meet at 5:30 a.m. two days a week, sometimes three, at the local park for our training session of 30 to 45 minutes. The exercises consist of creative ways of working out with your own body weight, dumbbells, elastic bands, the kid’s jungle gym, push-ups, or pull-ups. What these training session have done for me is make me realize the slow deterioration and toll that age takes on our bodies. I have regained a much higher fitness level and confidence then I ever imagined for my age. Along with that I have regained balance, flexibility, and core strength. This has changed what I thought I was only able to do when I was much younger because of the restrictions of my deteriorating back. My hat’s off to Brett; he understands the human body and how through movement, balance and proper exercises you can obtain your desired fitness level. My entire body, arms, legs, back and core are chiseled, giving me back years of physical ability especially in my balance and flexibility with only one to two hours per week. - Dan Smith
